The very good news is that Toyota's dealership here has tested the battery in their 8FB25 series (the latest 2.5 ton counterbalance trucks). We have built a very simple plug and play lead acid battery pack with a charging port on the side etc. so it can compete directly with the lithium forklifts from Jungheinrich and Linde.
